Pressure Testing Devices
ZF Off-Highway Pressure Testing Devices are available in two different styles. Both can be used for hydraulic, air, and vacuum systems. The Quadrigage™ is available with either standard gauges or glycerin filled gauges. Our digital pressure gauge is available as a stand-alone product or part of a package that includes a hose and fitting kit.
Digital Pressure Gauge
This is a versatile and economical gauge that meets ASME B40.7. Has ½ percent terminal point accuracy, a standard range of 0-10,000 PSI, nine engineering units of measure, back lighting, and more.
Pressure Limiter
The ZF Pressure Limiter is a valve that provides protection against undesirable pressure increases in hydraulic systems. The predetermined pressure is set at ZF and is not field adjustable. A typical application is used to protect gauges. On some applications the valve’s sensitivity to flow may alter the predetermined pressure setting. The pressure limiter is not designed to be used to limit service brake line pressure.
Quadrigage™
Performs four gauge functions plus reads in lbs/in² (PSIG) and kg/cm² (bar). Continuous system pressure readings are possible through pressure ranges of 0-3000 PSI, 0-4000 PSI, 0-5000 PSI, or 0-6000 PSI.

Fluid reservoirs can be mounted directly or remotely to a variety of actuators in many types of hydraulic systems. MICO offers two styles of fluid reservoirs. A rust proof metal design and a high strength fire resistant translucent Polyallomer design.

In-line Residual Check Valves
ZF Residual Check Valves allow free flow of hydraulic system fluid in one direction while maintaining residual fluid pressure from the opposing side. These valves are a non-adjustable design for use with brake fluid and mineral base hydraulic oil.
